Located in an alley off of Nguyễn Hữu Hào street, this street food vendor sells some of the best home-made desserts around, with their flan being a highlight.

Served with coffee, milk, and grounded up ice, it is a perfect treat - and the price is also extremely fair - 8k VND, or around 30 cents a serving. Yes, you heard that right. I love flan, so it works out for me really well - I often have five servings, for a grand total of... $1.5 or thereabouts. And let me tell you, it tastes just as good as any flan you'd have in a cafe or restaurant anywhere, even high-end ones. High praises, given someone like me who loves flan.
